Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. We may refuse a refund request, if we find evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed.
Customs Fees, Import Tax & Duties
FARBA cannot be held responsible for any customs clearance. All international orders (outside of Canada) may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges at the receiver’s expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.
Shipping is handled by Canada Post. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be processed. Your order is fully traceable: both the shipping company and your tracking number are communicated in your order shipping confirmation email.
FARBA does not accept PO BOX addresses for any shipments. FARBA is unable to change any shipping addresses. We will only ship to the address entered at the time the order was originally placed. FARBA is unable to cancel or modify an order.
We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please note only one form of payment method can be used on a single order.
Once your order has been placed, your card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order. If your order is unfortunately cancelled, we will refund the amount charged. Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect back on your bank statement.
All information shared with FARBA when placing an order is confidential, and payments are secured by Stripe and are subject to their policies.
